Chicken in Pandan Leaves

I wanted to have Thai food for dinner but knowing that I have a little man to feed, something spicy doesn’t seem like a good choice. But since I really want to satisfy my cravings, I remembered eating Chicken in Pandan Leaves in a Thai Restaurant. So I figured, this is something I could whip up to satisfy my cravings and be able to feed my little boy.

So here’s how I cooked it.

1. Marinate Chicken Fillet for at least 30 minutes in:

  • 2 Tbsp oyster Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 4 drops sesame oil

2. Wrap Chicken in Pandan Leaves.

3. Deep Fry.

4. Serve and Enjoy!
